Silence and Declarative Language

Silence - or the idea of "pacing" - is a really important partner to declarative language. In order to help kids access higher level thinking, and integrate information from their communication partners and environment, we as their guides need to become skilled and comfortable being quiet!

Hear more on this idea in this clip from our Declarative Language Workshop. We just finished week 3 and will be running it again in 2021!

Have a great week!
